Common Topics
Account & Sign In
- PaperChime supports Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In.
- If you're having trouble signing in, make sure you're using the same provider you originally signed up with.
- To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes all your data.
Audio Playback
- PaperChime delivers daily AI/ML research summaries as short audio lessons.
- Audio plays in the background and supports lock screen controls.
- If audio isn't loading, check your internet connection and try restarting the app.
Topics & Personalization
- You can change your subscribed topics at any time from Settings > Manage Topics.
- PaperChime tailors your daily paper recommendations based on your selected topics.
Notifications
- Configure your daily reminder time in Settings > Notification Schedule.
- Make sure notifications are enabled for PaperChime in your device's system settings.
Report an Issue
You can report issues directly from the app by going to Settings > Report an Issue. This automatically includes helpful diagnostic information like your app version and device model.
